Based on Investance’s knowledge of business process, this easy-to-use and exhaustive methodology has been deployed in major international banks where internal teams of Business Analysts have been trained in the Investance Process Design method.

Project Management
Theoretical knowledge of specific methodologies is never enough to run/conduct projects.
