For many firms, “values” are little more than an aspiration. But our values are engrained in our day-to-day work. How do we know this? Because we asked our employees and clients what they thought our values were. Here are the values they pinpointed.
Client commitment
We know that success comes from building long-term relationships with clients, not from pursuing short-term gains. Our collaborative approach to clients means they invariably see us as their partners rather than service providers. Such partnerships give our clients the confidence to know that the advice we provide is in the best interest of their business, not ours.
Team spirit
Our collaborative culture extends to our colleagues. The Investance team is made up of people who bring a wide range of skills to the firm – but it takes team spirit to really harvest that know-how. That’s why we have processes in place to enable all our employees to access the expertise of colleagues from around the firm quickly and easily.
It also means that when a client works with us, they get access to their own panel of experts – for them, a relationship with one Investance person is a relationship with the whole firm.
